Tara McLaughlin is a stay-at-home expat mother of two. She left the United States for Switzerland in 2011 and loves exploring her new backyard. She had a travel bug since her first plane trip as a high school freshman when she enrolled in Space Camp. Since then she has jumped at any chance to see new places across the globe. Having children has given her a new lens through which she sees travel and she hopes to share some of those observations with other parents who continue Walking On, kids in tow, to new destinations. Personally, she ventured into the world of blogging and kids’ book writing to fulfill a promise to her beloved mother-in-law, Sue, who lost her battle with breast cancer shortly after Angela’s first child was born.
