Hotels
Hotel Giardino Roma – staying at this hotel was like staying with your favorite aunt, who happened to be named Kate. Rooms were tiny, but very comfortable. A standard European breakfast (yogurt, meats, cheeses, breads) was served each morning with tea, coffee or cappuccino. We stayed here while on our very belated honeymoon to Italy in 2007. The rates were 90 euro in November for a double room. The Trevi Fountain was less than 5 minute walk away. Trajan’s Column and Market were across the street. The Colosseum was about a 10 minute walk away. We could not have picked a better place to stay. I plan on bringing my son back as soon as we can.
NOTE: this page is still a work in progress, so please stay with me as I continue to adjust the layout and information.
