Merry Christmas from our family to yours

 In Holidays

Life quieted down this week as we celebrated Christmas with our families scattered around the East Coast. For the first time in a very, very long time we didn’t have to fly six hours and then drive for 1-6 hours at a time to visit all of our family in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. It was heavenly and something we have missed.

As the New Year approaches I’m looking back at some of our adventures this year. Many were around the U.S.A, which is unusual for us. I have no idea what is in store for us in 2015 except our trip to Paris in April. I can’t wait to find out.

Ooh, Paris in the springtime! That sounds like a great plan. We have also been appreciating not having to do tons of travel to see family this Christmas. Without the 13 hour time zone difference that we’ve endured the last few years, my kids were actually awake at reasonable times during the holidays. Merry Christmas to you!
